I often walk around the Liverpool Waterfront of a morning and evening, looking to take advantage of the reflections available from the many docks. On this particualr morning, the weather was gloomy and the sunrise appeared to be non-existent. On the way back to the car the sky suddenly burst in to colour. I managed to capture this shot before the colours slowly disapperared just a few minutes later.
A little bit about the Liverpool....
The City of my Birth, its whilst I prefer landscapes there is something unique and attractive about walking the city streets in the early morning or late evening to capture the wonderful glow and mystical Victorian architecture mixed with the latest new builds which create a wonderful contrast.
Liverpool has a rich history and is renowned for its art, culture, architecture, and music there is something for everyone. Liverpool has the second highest number of art galleries, national museums, listed buildings and listed parks in the UK. You can see the attraction for photographers.
